Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Montjoy, Inc. (“Montjoy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Because our Service (the “Site” and the “App”) provides immediate access to digital content, location-intelligence tools, and real-time data, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds. By making a purchase or subscribing to our Service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Digital Goods and In-App Purchases

All sales of digital goods, including but not limited to in-app features, data access, and Marketplace items, are final.

  • No Returns: Since digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we do not offer returns or exchanges once access has been granted.

  • Technical Issues: If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from accessing a purchased item, please contact us at info@montjoyapp.com so we can restore your access.

2. Subscription Services

  • Non-Refundable: Fees for monthly or annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the relevant App Store (iOS/Android). Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features of the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • No Prorated Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.

3. Marketplace and Physical Items (If Applicable)

If you purchase physical merchandise through the Montjoy Marketplace:

  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Reporting: You must report damaged items within seven (7) days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange.

4. Pricing and Service Credits

Montjoy, Inc. reserves the right to change the pricing of its services at any time.

  • In the event of a documented billing error on our part, we will issue a correction.

  • At our sole discretion, we may offer Service Credits in lieu of a monetary refund. Service Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

5. Damages and Compliance Charges

As outlined in our Terms of Use, if a user’s actions result in damage to the Service or require administrative intervention due to a violation of our terms, Montjoy, Inc. reserves the right to charge the payment method on file. These administrative or damage-related charges are strictly non-refundable.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable local law (including, where applicable, the Georgia Personal Identity Protection Act or consumer protection laws regarding digital goods).
